Cosplay made and modeled by me.

It was very cold the day we did this photoshoot. Looking at the picture it reminds me of how cold Homura grows through time.

This costume was deceptively difficult. At first glance it looks easy enough, and technically wise it isn't hard to construct, but I have never worked with to much bias tape trimming before so this project was a great exercise in mitered corners. Because the design is so simple, it was imperative for me to keep everything very clean and well tailored. I love how this turned out, and the colours I chose for the fabrics worked really well.

I didn't have my hand gem and shield at the time of the photos, but these are test/teaser until Jack and I do a shoot at Katsucon. Stay tuned!

Your Homura cosplay is really great. I love how you can pull off both very elaborated costume and some that look much simpler.

Thanks! It means a lot when people think I'm versatile. I don't like to be one-note so that's important to me to try and pull off multiple things :)

I can't wait to see the rest of this! I know exactly what you mean about PMMM cosplays being deceptively difficult, omg. by the time I finished Mami I couldn't believe how much work I'd put into it.

Your Mami looks really good! I can really appreciate all the trim, and clean lines and everything. It's really hard to hide imperfections with costumes like these.
